Group runs a simple, not rigid structure

There is the Central Working Committee, (CWC) which is the Highest Decision making body. It is followed by the National Coordinating Committee, (NCC) made up of each person from the member organisations.

(Organisations can be admitted to the NCC after the founders of the organization agree by two third of people present.

The organization shall focus on minimum programme for Yoruba self determination like joint statements, pamphleteering, rallies, boycot or stay at homes using peaceful means.

Committees may be appointed for specific objectives. All members of the CWC should serve in at least one committee.

There should be a Chairman and a General Secretary to coordinate the activities.
Conduct at meetings
(i) Meeting must stick to time slated for arrival and departure.
(ii) Meeting should be swift in the range of 1 and half hours or maximum of 2 hrs unless in special circumstances
(iii) Meeting shall be presided over by the President
(iv) The Secretary General will take notes
(v) All phones must be in silence during the meetings and No one must make or receive calls
(vi) Only one person can talk at a time and such must indicate by raising up his or her hand
(vii) All attendants to depart immediately after meeting
(viii) All discussions must be kept secret

The organization must never be involved in politics or elections but individual members are free to exercise their right to political affiliations

The organization can only meet others outside its membership after the CWC has agreed.
